All job cancellations must be made with 24 hours notice or a call out charge may be applicable to the payee. If an engineer cannot complete a service or gain access to the property a call out fee may also be charged. Provisional slots will be held for 24-48 hours depending on demand. Gas Certificates, and PAT Tests are left at the property and you can request another copy after 14 working days. EPC’s are available within 48 hours of the job completion. All bookings are confirmed through Debit or Credit details of which Credit cards are charged processing fees.

Our service includes:
- All Gas Cooker Installers are Gas Safe registered engineers
- We will disconnect the old cooker if required- included in the price of the cooker installation
- The new gas cooker is installed and connected to an existing natural gas supply
- We will test everything to make sure it works and meets all current legislation
- Connect an electric cable for the pilot light if required.
- Test for gas leaks on completion of the installation
- We will provide documentation to confirm a successful and safe installation.
Please read the following to ensure a successful installation
- Installation of gas cookers can only be in domestic properties
- There must be a natural gas supply (rather than LPG)
- The appliance fits where you want it to be installed
- If a cooker hood is present, there must be at least 76cm (30 inches) between it and the hob
- The gap between the cooker and base unit must be at least 2cm (1 inch)
- There is a working and accessible gas supply, within one metre of the new cooker
- An electric socket within half a metre if the appliance is a non-battery electrical ignition
- Electrical points directly above the new cooker are blanked off
- No carpentry or plumbing work is required
- There are no cupboards directly above the appliance, or combustible materials (e.g. wood or wallpaper) behind the cooking space
- We will need to disconnect your gas supply, however Gas Cooker Installers will not be responsible for any appliance that fails to restart, including central heating and gas boilers.
- For gas safety reasons, we will also test for gas leaks
